1. Nature of Services: CreditOne Solutionz provides credit consulting, analysis, and strategy-based services. We do not provide legal advice, financial guarantees, or lending services. All recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and available credit data.

2. No Guarantee of Results: All services are process-based. We do not guarantee specific credit score increases removal of any item, approval for any financial product. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including reporting practices, creditor responses, and individual credit profiles.

 
3. Client Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate and complete information, submit required documents when requested and follow the agreed strategy and timelines. Failure to do so may impact outcomes.

 
4. Fees and Payment: All fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Unless otherwise agreed- payments are required in advance services begin only after confirmation of payment. All payments are non-refundable as services are process-based and time-dependent.

 
5. Limitation of Liability: CreditOne Solutionz Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss credit decisions made by lenders delays caused by third parties (credit bureaus, creditors, etc.) All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

 
6. Dispute and Credit Reporting Actions: Any dispute-related action is performed based on data accuracy, reporting standards, strategic relevance. Not all accounts or items qualify for dispute.

 
7. Communication: By using our services, you consent to receive communication via email, phone, electronic messaging
 
8. Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
